Are there lots of Welsh people in Norwich? I never come across them, but then I've only been living in the city for a few months.

 Yes, there are a few Welsh people in Norwich!  The welsh Society's  Winter programme begins with a coffee evening on 28 September 2006.

There is also a soup & Pud Lunch, Carol Service; new Year'sLunch in the pipeline as well as events to mark St David's Day.

Hello There   My name is Marian and I have lived in Norwich since 1968. Although I was not born in Wales my Mother was Welsh and I have many welsh relations in South and North Wales. I am also tracing family history. Where and when are the societies meetings in Norwich? Is there a fee to join and are you organising a visit to Royal Albert Hall on October 21st to hear 1000 male voice choirs?
